As seen in the Run Devil Run promotions, Tiffany wore a inspired Balmain sequined piece. The stylist made conservative version of Balmain’s original, making the v-neck much shorter. Tiffany finished the look off with fish-net stockings and bracelets to give off a edgier look.
We would have much preferred to have seen Tiffany’s hair up to suit the dress more. The hair throws off the dynamic for me as it gives her a more innocent look when they are trying to achieve a darker, edgy look.
Blake Lively was spotted in the original Balmain dress at the HBO Event, we think Blake Lively rocked this dress much more, with minimal accessories and the killer v-neck. But what do you all think?

As much as I like Blake and Gossip Girl I really like Tiffany’s look more.
I think the cut of the skirt is short enough, it doesnt need the low neckline too. You cant put all your eggs in one basket.

Not being biased I love them both! Honestly when I read the title I was pretty sure I’ll choose Blake lively but fany looks awesome, she pulled off the dress better than Blake did!
I love how Blake and Tiffany look, but Tiffany wore it better because she did it classically. Blake’s cleavage is too much… Nothing wrong with keeping whats yours to yourself. Tiffany is a classic, elegant beauty in this dress!

BUT, I think the dress is a lot more form conforming on Blake. I think the waistline is a bit too loose on Fany and, well there’s a reason (or two, another being that she’s an idol in a more conservative country) why her dress doesn’t have a more dramatic V-neck…
So in this case, my vote actually goes to Blake.
(Although, I think the fishnets go well with that dress, so some props to Fany and her stylist in that regard.)

Is Blake’s outfit cut? Goshh, I think her stylist does that to every single one of her dresses. IMO it looks a bit slulskdjty 🙂 but Fany’s hairrr doesn’t work withh the dress. so can’t decide. haha.

I like the cut of the dress being low (I’m a guy.), but I feel that Tiffany would look awkward with a deep v neckline dress. So I’d say that the decision to not have it so low was a good call. I actually think the Tiffany’s accessories, the silver and black bracelets, complement her makeup and dress more than Blake Lively’s odd turqoise (or is it green? Bit small.) ring and earrings. While Tiffany’s hair is nowhere near being edgy, I think she gives a dark, sexy feel with that hair when combined with everything else. Not edgy alright, but certainly alluring enough and sexy enough. And that satisfies me.

fany definitely, biased aside. like most of the other ppl here, i think blake’s is wayyy too low cut. and also, fany looks really fierce but feminine at the same time, whereas i’m getting a kind of…idk masculine vibe from blake.
i picked blake, cause tiffany’s looks really baggy, and it looks more like a garbage bag when she wore it, maybe if she wore a tighter one and a new hairstyle, she’ll look nicer.

As much as I love SNSD, I would have to admit, Blake Lively wore it better. It was more “filled-up” and accentuated Blake’s figure. As for Tiffany, yeah, pretty pretty too, but it seems a little big for her in some parts though.

In my opinion, Tiffany wore better because its accessories & make-up compliments her dress. I think her (Tiffany) dress ‘s short v-neck makes appealing to many especially to the children. For Tiffany,her eye make up& accessories gives the emo vibe. I think the dress will be more wearable by wearing with leggings . For Blake Lively of Gossip Girl, the dress compliments her gorgeous legs but the cleavage is too racy to me ( I’m 12 years old , you know). I Love how Blake makes the dress cute because of the turquoise accessories. I Go with Tiffany because she is my fashion icon in Girls’ Generation & she interprets Run Devil Run well through fashion.

Well, this dress is definitely stunning!! But i would rather prefer that tiffany have her hair tied up into a ponytail like taeyeon which would give a more dark sexy and beautiful look. Even though blake lively’s deep V cut would be more attractive, but i think it can’t work on tiffany as she is a pure innocent lady.
