Jessica was spotted in this ruffled dress from the Christian Dior Fall Ready to Wear 2009 collection for the Dior feature in CeCi’s February 08 Issue. The dress was complimented with elegant curls and Dior Makeup. While BoA wore this dress in light grey with drop earrings and silver bracelet for a M.Net promo shoot.  We think Jessica rocks this dress better, as her hairstyle compliments the dress more than BoA’s loose pin-up.
