For thick to normal hair

1. Apply Smoothing Gel-Cream to dry or damp hair.

(If damp hair, blow-dry using medium heat afterwards)

2. Pull hair back into low ponytail.

3. Take a pencil-thick piece of hair from the bottom of the ponytail.

4. Wrap hair around the elastic and pull through elastic.
