Girls’ Generation announces the advancement of Summer with their newest photo shoots of Sunglasses!

Our angel Seohyun modeled Escada’s collection of eye wear. Yet again, she demonstrated her mature and sophistication while posing for the photo shoot. This photo shoot reminds us of the American drama, Gossip Girl. While being photographed by paparazzi, Seohyun can still balance her decorum, sparkling with hints of feminine beauty. Our socialite had her hair straightened while taking down her jewel-embellished sun glasses, showing her beaming eyes. What makes the photo shoot interesting is round the street corner, Seohyun was holding her sky-blue clutch, talking on the phone haughtily, which is totally opposite of what our maknae does in daily life.

In the cafe, Seohyun had her hair curled and tied up in a messy bun, she took off her shades and looked out of the window, with her combination of a pearl necklace and a yellow bomber jacket, she totally worked out the celebutante look.

Overall, Seohyun did a great job on portraying the daily life of an uptown girl. The ensemble of colorful blazers and suits looked so cosmopolitan and womanly. I am quite sure the collection of eye wear will have a sales boost.

On the other hand, our ice princess Jessica might be melting with the heat, therefore her necessity: Shades, have to take their places. Her photo shoot titled ‘Blooming Day’ features Jessica, the girl next door fixing her closet and trying off her clothes from her latest haul. Her sweet smile and glittering eyes definitely had Sones’ hearts blooming! This collection of Vivienne Westwood eye wear comparatively is more girly and young than Seohyun’s collection. It consists of shades with interesting shapes and color blocking combinations. The most outstanding photo of the bunch must be the one which Jessica wore a polka dot cap and a Joyrich jacket with a lace tank, her slender shoulders and body figure immediately captured attention. Her witty smiles and peeping eye definitely melts Sones’ hearts.

Another photo showcases Jessica wearing a Fleamadonna bra top and a statement pearl necklace whilst wearing a fancy feather hat. Seems like our girl is enjoying her time of dress up. Throughout the pictures, Jessica slightly curled her smokey-topaz hair, some shots also had Jessica holding flowers, which reciprocates with the theme, ‘A Blooming Day’.

To sum up, Jessica was dressing up herself like any teenage girl does at home, interpreting their daily life.

SNSD: Who Wore It Better?

Our kid leader and black pearl were recently seen accessorizing their personality matching outfits with a Chanel BOY Flap Bag. Now both girls are in the fight of the fiercest!

Yuri used the Chanel bag on March 25, 2013 at Gimpo Airport on their way to Osaka. She decided to match the bag with soft and feminine pieces. Yuri wears neutral colors with the bag, which consisted of a white inner tank top, beige fitted cardigan, and black skater skirt. To spice things up, she wears a pair of killer heeled ankle boots with gold zipper details. Yuri finished the look off with a pair of cat-eye shaped sunglasses. For hair and make-up Yuri keeps it minimal, letting her curly hair down while having dewy skin with glossy lips.

Taeyeon who used the Chanel bag last March 22, 2013 at Incheon Airport chose to mix up the classiness of the bag with edge. She wears a khaki green blouse as outerwear, black skinny jeans, and a pair of Converse Hi-Top Sneakers. For other accessories, Taeyeon wears a black H&M skull print scarf and a pair of square-shaped sunglasses. Like Yuri, she lets her loose curls fall on her shoulders and has natural looking make-up, choosing to feature her perfect skin and adding glossy lips for color.

Tiffany: Who Wore It Better?

Two avid book lovers go head-to-head with their sense of airport fashion!

First off is California Girl Tiffany, who was recently seen wearing the Wildfox Couture ‘Seeing Stars Lennon Sweater’ last November 13, 2012. Here, she layered the red sweater with a Maje fur coat, wore black tights to hug her legs and wore very bright and cozy sequin ugg boots.

To match the star print of the sweater, she paired it with her Adidas Patch Star Holdall Bag and simple sunglasses/shades. Given the cold weather, Tiffany had to stay warm by layering pieces and covering up her body, while she keeps her hair down to flow on her shoulders and gives a very natural look.

Next is New Yorker Emma Roberts, who was seen at the LAX Airport last August 3, 2012. She wears the same sweater but in black, she also layers it with a simple black hoodie jacket and chose to wear skinny denim jeans.

Emma keeps it casual with a pair of white Converse Hi Sneaker shoes and simple black sunglasses/shades, opting for high end accessories – a purple Yves Saint Laurent Cabas Chyc Bag and a personalized Louis Vuitton Pegase Suitcase. Make-up free, Emma finishes her airport look with a very messy bun, probably due to her long flight to Los Angeles but still maintains her composure.

Both stars have their ups and downs with this look, but who wore the starry sweater better?

Coincidentally Miranda Cosgrove and Tiffany was spotted wearing the same Juicy Couture Faux Fur Coat last November 22, 2012. Tiffany even advertised the same coat for High Cut Magazine, Volume 90. How ‘bout that? They practically wore it at the same time! Great fashionistas think alike!

Tiffany was spotted in Gimpo Airport wearing the coat deciding to keep it closed for warmth against the cold. A simple necklace and a basic gray shirt was paired with the coat as not to over shadow it. She added black stockings as well as a leopard bag. Tiffany’s choice of bag may not be at par with the over-all outfit, disregarding it will be a good opponent against Miranda.

Meanwhile, Miranda Cosgrove was spotted in New York City about to go to a live interview with Jimmy Fallon. She wore a Suno Dotted Sequin Top and Alice + Olivia Metallic Shorts to her interview outside the studio. To compliment her inner outfit she opted to wear the coat open to show it off.
Both artists wore red nail polish that added a pop of color to their outfits as well as boots for footwear. The coat in general is very hard to wear without making it look like it’s wearing you out. Especially for the people who have curvy figures that would most likely make them look bigger by wearing faux fur.

At the Gimpo Airport, back from Japan, Sooyoung was first spotted with this Chloë Sevigny for Opening Ceremony cardigan. As she sauntered with her black lace up boots, she wore this jacquard knitwear over a flimsy white round t-shirt and paired it with faded skinny jeans with a Hermes belt. To complete the outfit, she carried her Lanvin bag which matched with the cardigan’s color.

After the recording of KBS Love in Asia, the same cardigan was seen with Tiffany, but in a different color (her favorite color– pink!). She also donned a white t-shirt but she preferred it in v-neck and left it untucked which hugged her hips and her legendary legs with skinny jeans. She ambled with her Chanel tote which contrasted her cardigan and lace up boots which exuded a different style.

Despite the similar styling, the two outfits somewhat showed their individuality.

‘Girls’ Generation make you feel the heat!’ With winter just around the corner, our nine girls already transformed their wardrobes to winter apparel. It is definitely a hard choice for us to choose which outfit is the best with so many variations of outerwear.

Seohyun, Jessica and Sooyoung opted for blue shirts inside the sweater, with the collars popping out. Seohyun chose to wore a pair of over sized sunglasses to finish off her look while Jessica had bare face with minimal makeup and a pair of Pony sneakers. Sooyoung on the other hand paired her sweater with a blue polka dot shirt and wearing a classic watch.

Yoona also wore a blue demin shirt, but she settled upon wearing a beige knit Cardigan instead of a pullover. Yoona added a playful, young touch to her look wearing her pink Miu Miu shoulder bag.

Unlike the others, Tiffany tried a bohemian-styled outfit. She wore Free People’s Capetown Pullover and finished the look with simply a pair of jeans and moccasins. Her red Alexander Wang Rocco bag also complimented the details of the pullover.

Our mature maknae Seohyun wore a black puff-sleeved blouse with a contrasting pendant. She carried her Quilted Floral Handbag which contrasts with her plain black silhouette.

Pixie-haired Sunny decided to match her outfit with her boyish hairstyle. She wore a leather hoodie with fur under layers to keep her warm with a checkered t-shirt underneath. She finished her incognito look with a studded cap and a pair of sunglasses.

Yuri and Sooyoung both wore a black sweater but with different styles. First off, Sooyoung recurrently showed off her long legs by wearing slim-cut jeans, this time she even wore a turtle neck sweater which elongated her tall figure. Yuri, looking quite bright and cheerful, wore a two-toned sweater with a cap and no make up at all, with her natural beauty dazzling off camera lenses.

Last but not least, our choding leader Taeyeon wore a elbow-patched-dark-blue cardigan with a beige shirt. Finishing off with a pair of glitter flats. But her white complexion with red lips lured most of the attention, some netizens say did Taeyeon stole her mother’s lipstick to put on.

Sooyoung: Who Wore It Better?

Sooyoung and Yoon Eun Hye wore this cute owl print t-shirt from Burberry Prorsum’s Fall 2012 RTW Collection. Sooyoung and the actress had their own style of wearing the t-shirt which makes it more challenging to decide who wore it better.

Sooyoung decided to keep it casual as the basic t-shirt implies. She tucked it in a denim skirt and finished the outfit with a pair of brown Oxfords and her Mulberry satchel. Along with her soft waves and full bangs, the outfit turned out to be adorable and sweet, and more youthful.

On the other hand, actress Yoon Eun Hye followed the styling of Burberry Prorsum and matched the t-shirt with a peplum skirt. Though very unusual, the combo of a t-shirt and a high-waist skirt still worked well on Yoon Eun Hye. Unlike Sooyoung, she showed off a more sophisticated way of wearing the t-shirt.
