PROCEDURES
1. First of all you have to comb or brush your hair to remove all the tangles.
2. Divide your hair into three parts and clip the 2 parts while leaving the other part free as shown below.
3. By using the BaByliss PRO Nano Titanium 1 3/4″ Straightening Iron, starting from the top part of your hair turn the iron inwards and outwards to make a wave.
4. Repeat the following steps until you reach the bottom part of your hair.
5. Do steps 3 and 4 to the rest of your hair (remember to only wave the top parts). Until you get this kind of look.
6. Then, spray on the L’ANZA Healing Style Dramatic F/X onto your hair so that the wave won’t go away.

I think this tutorial is wrong… soyoung stylist using small curl to made her hair like that and spread it using big comb…. i see from the root of her hair is twisting not up and down
