Well, I think VB wore it more fashionably than Tiffany because of the blue pumps and the sunglasses.
However, I like the bow on Fany’s hair but the pumps didn’t look good with the dress.
just because of the shoes, i voted for ‘both’. if only tiffany wore those blue pumps that VB wore, it would’ve been perfect. i’d give her my vote 100%!
