1. Wet fringe and use towel to absorb excess moisture.
2. Comb fringe down gently.
3. Gather fringe between two fingers as though your fringers are scissors.
4. Depending on how long your fringe is, twist it 2/4/6 times and hold it there.
5. Grab a scissors and cut your twisted fringe straight throughout. Remember to cut a little longer than what you want as wet hair lengthens hair. Snip fringe just above your eyelids.
6. Allow fringe to dry till 90%.
7. Apply Loreal Professional Paris Liss Extreme Smoothing Cream and comb.

a fringe is the hair on your forehead. (not the facial hairs!) and thanks for this tut, i’ve been trying to comb my hair to the side for the past week and failed. -_-

    @ jaefan

Why don’t you try wetting your fringe at night then twisting it to the side. I think it should be like Tiffany’s in the morning. (:

what does it mean by twisting? Like twist it around the two fingers holding the hair or twisting it like twirling it? And in what direction do i twist it in (left or right)?

How does SNSD style their fringe so perfectly ><"
I take hours to do my fringe and yet I still can't do it nicely.
Though maybe it's cause I have thin hair?
Although Taeyeon says she has thin hair, I really don't think she does :S

Hi! I was sooo happy when i found this tutorial but i dont really get how to do it, Rynn, do you twist your bangs inwards? O:.. or outwards? and what do you mean by twisting it to the side? $: like, to the left ?…
and “3. Gather fringe between two fingers as though your fringers are scissors.
    4. Depending on how long your fringe is, twist it 2/4/6 times and hold it there.”
The fringe between your fingers, do you only twist that part or do you twist the whole piece of fringe? O: thanks so much (: & please reply ): <3
